Motivation (I hope)

Well here we go. I canNOT believe I am about to do this....
Back in September of 2009 I was sick and tired of how I felt and looked, and decided to do something about it. At that point I was up to 207lbs...YIKES...that was a tough pill to swallow! I decided to become more active with my life and watch what I ate. Joe and I started going back to the gym and I started taking a TurboKick class with friends. I slowly saw the lbs start to come off. During this transition in my life, I purchased a bodybugg (which I have since fallen in love with!). All of these small changes made a HUGE impact in my life!
The reason I am posting this is that I am hoping I can be a source of Motivation/Inspiration for someone who is feeling down on themselves. For those who feel like "I am large and there is nothing I can do about it". GET UP!!! Start Moving! You do not need a gym membership to get healthy! Start taking nightly walks, look up free workout classes to take with friends, go on a bike ride, go shopping (it will take your mind off the walking)!!! Any little bit of movement helps get you started on the right path. Sitting at home with a bag of chips watching the Biggest Loser will do nothing for you....but if you choose to get in a hard workout before you sit down to watch it...You'll feel MUCH better about yourself! If you do not make a change, wishing and hoping will just make you feel sorry for yourself.

Now on to the REAL reason I decided to post this...my before and current pictures. (Again..I cannot believe I am posting these). I took the current pictures just this past week, and I seriously had a HOLY COW moment...like...HOLY COW...I can't believe I was that large! At times I still feel like I weigh 207lbs...even though I'm down to 173 right now. Take a before and after picture...take measurements...they will surely surprise you! Look at mine!! :)
